In April of 2003 Equifax bought the consumer division of the credit bureau, which does not allow us to counsel the consumer, or correct the credit files but we can still sell consumer credit files. On September 3rd CIC Mortgage Credit was bought by William D Meeker Enterprises of Tampa Florida.
